Charter Hall Social Infrastructure REIT (ASX:CQE) declared a distribution of AU$0.042 per fully paid unit for the quarter ending Sept. 30, up from AU$0.0375 a year earlier, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.

It will be paid on Oct. 21, to unitholders on record as of Sept. 30, the filing said.
