Lung Kee (HKG:0255) granted 3 million share options to certain employees under a share option scheme adopted May 30, 2022, a Thursday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

The options can be exercised at HK$1.66 apiece between Sept. 18, 2026, and Sept. 17, 2029, to subscribe a total of 3 million new ordinary shares in the company.

Following the grant, the mold bases and products manufacturer has over 55.7 million shares available for future grants.
