Zimi (ASX:ZMM) has issued the final portion of its tranche 2 placement, adding 88.7 million ordinary shares and increasing its total shares on issue to over 736 million, according to a Friday Australian bourse filing.

The company confirms the shares were issued without a disclosure document, all legal requirements have been met, and no material information has been withheld from investors, the filing said.
