Green Energy Group (HKG:0979) expects an attributable loss of between HK$15 million and HK$18 million for the year ended June 30, up from HK$14.3 million a year prior, a Thursday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

The renewable energy company attributed the forecast to a lower revenue and profit margin from the renewable energy business segment, as well as the provision for impairment loss of property, plant, and equipment made for the plastic recycling business.
