Arta TechFin (HKG:0279) completed the placement of a little over 191.4 million shares to at least six investors at HK$0.690 apiece to raise net proceeds of HK$130.7 million, a Thursday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

The shares represent roughly 15.04% of the firm's enlarged issued share capital.

The financial firm will use proceeds from the placement for the repayment of a shareholder's loan; business development and expansion; strategic acquisitions, investments, and collaboration opportunities; and general working capital.
