Tai Ping Carpets International (HKG:0146) posted a profit attributable to owners of HK$43.8 million for the year ended June 30, up from HK$42.1 million a year earlier, according to a Sept. 19 Hong Kong bourse filing.

Shares of the carpet manufacturer gained over 2% in Monday afternoon trade.

Revenue rose slightly to HK$658.8 million from HK$640.2 million.

Earnings per share increased to HK$0.2063 from HK$0.1985.

The directors recommended a final dividend of HK$0.12 per share, payable on or about Dec. 30, to shareholders on record as of Dec. 15.
