Axon Enterprise (AXON) agreed to acquire Prepared, an emergency communications company whose AI platform integrates audio, video, text, GPS, and real-time translation to support faster responses to 911 calls.

The acquisition price wasn't disclosed.

Prepared works with more than 1,000 agencies across 49 states, Axon said Tuesday in a statement.

The deal is expected to close in early Q4.
