Damai Entertainment (HKG:1060) granted a total of nearly 4.5 million awarded shares to seven employees at nil consideration, a Sept. 19 Hong Kong bourse filing said.
Shares of the motion picture company were down 2% in Monday afternoon trading.
The shares, representing 0.015% of the firm's enlarged issue share capital, were awarded to incentivize and reward the grantees.
The firm now has nearly 1.89 billion shares available for future grant under the scheme.
