DeSoto Resources (ASX:DES) found sulfides over multiple intervals in the western target area within its Spectrum project in the Northern Territory, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.

Two distinct sulfide systems were intersected during ongoing drilling, including pyrite-dominant zones and pyrrhotite-dominant zones, the filing said.

The sampling process is underway, with the first assay results expected to be received in October, per the filing.
