Klevo Rewards (ASX:MRI) said the Australian Securities Exchange has granted the company an extension to avoid automatic removal from the official list until Nov. 17, from the earlier deadline of Oct. 2, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.

The extension was granted after the company lodged a pro-rata non-renounceable entitlement offer on Sept. 12 to raise approximately AU$4.1 million, the filing said.

Upon completion of the offer, and subject to meeting ASX's conditions, the company will be reinstated to the official list, the filing added.
