Convenience Retail Asia (HKG:0831) experienced a network disruption in Hong Kong on Sept. 20, affecting internal systems and certain functions of its loyalty program, according to a Monday bourse filing.
The company said stores remain open and are accepting payments by cash, Octopus, and other electronic methods.
Third-party forensic experts have been engaged to investigate the cause, scope, and extent of the incident, including whether any data has been compromised.
