HealthyWay (HKG:2587) said its 2025 wellness content cooperation agreements with Baidu Netcom have exceeded HK$3 million in transaction value, according to a Tuesday Hong Kong bourse filing.
Shares of the firm were down over 3% in Wednesday morning trade.
The agreements, signed in December 2024 for a one-year term, cover the provision of health-related articles, videos, live-streaming lectures, and other content for display on Baidu's (HKG:9888) platforms.
HealthyWay set an annual cap of 16 million yuan for the 2025 transactions, according to the filing.
The company acknowledged it failed to publish an announcement before the transaction amount crossed the HK$3 million threshold and said it has introduced stricter internal controls to prevent recurrence.
