Investigator Resources (ASX:IVR) completed a geotechnical drill program at its Paris silver project in South Australia, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.

The program, composed of five drill holes, was undertaken to validate pit wall angles used in pit optimization and was designed to provide additional information for the optimization driven by silver price improvements, the filing said.

Geotechnical samples from all drill holes are awaiting test work, with a final report by the end of October to inform the final pit optimization design, according to the filing.
