Technology stocks were declining pre-bell Monday, with the Technology Select Sector SPDR Fund (XLK) down 0.3% and the SPDR S&P Semiconductor ETF (XSD) 0.4% lower.

Quantum Computing (QUBT) shares were down more than 12% after the company said it has agreed to sell 26.9 million common shares to institutional investors priced at the market for expected gross proceeds of $500 million.
