Firefly Aerospace logged a wider loss and lower revenue in the second quarter in its first earnings report since its stock market debut. Chief Executive Jason Kim said the space and defense technology company is ramping its flight cadence and has several vehicles in production to meet strong demand for launch services, especially for national security missions. Shares slid 12% to $43.36 in after-market trading.
CleanSpark said it has increased its Bitcoin-backed credit facility with Coinbase Prime by $100 million. The company said it plans to use the additional financing for strategic capital expenditures, including expanding its energy portfolio, scaling its Bitcoin mining operations and investing in high-performance computing capabilities. Shares rose 4.6%, to $14.37, in late trading.
PDF Solutions said it secured a contract with a global semiconductor manufacturer. The company plans to deploy its contactless testing of 3D semiconductor structures as well as its software for machine optimization and results analysis across the client's manufacturing facilities. PDF Solutions also backed its full-year revenue growth guidance. Shares climbed 10%, to $24.84, after market close.
