CapitaLand Investment (SGX:9CI) said the Citadines portfolio of its lodging business unit, The Ascott, crossed 200 properties globally, according to a Wednesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

The brand now has 205 properties and around 35,000 units, of which more than 60% are operational.

Ascott has also signed more than 50 Citadines properties since its brand refresh three years ago.
