HOUSTON, Sept. 23, 2025/PRNewswire/ -- Stellus Capital Investment Corporation $(SCM)$ has announced the pricing of a public offering for an additional $50.0 million aggregate principal amount of 7.25% notes due 2030. This move follows a previous issuance of $75.0 million of the same notes on April 1, 2025. With this latest issuance, the outstanding aggregate principal amount of Stellus' 7.25% notes due 2030 will increase to $125.0 million. The notes will be fungible and rank equally with the existing notes under the same CUSIP number. The company plans to use the net proceeds to repay a portion of its 4.875% notes due 2026, which currently stand at an aggregate principal amount of $100.0 million as of September 19, 2025. Delivery of the notes is expected around September 25, 2025, subject to customary closing conditions.
