Easy Smart Group Holdings Ltd. reported revenue of HK$314.5 million for the year ended 30 June 2025, representing a decrease of 10.9% compared to HK$352.9 million in the previous year. Gross profit for the period was HK$63.6 million, with the gross profit margin declining to 8.3% from 18.0% in the previous year. The group posted a loss per share of approximately HK cents 0.12, compared to earnings per share of about HK cents 8.78 in the previous year. Costs of services remained largely unchanged at HK$288.3 million, compared to HK$289.3 million in the previous year, as an increase in subcontractors' fees offset the impact of lower revenue. The board has recommended a final dividend of HK$0.05 per ordinary share for the year, subject to approval at the upcoming annual general meeting. Payment is scheduled for on or about 27 November 2025 to shareholders on record as of 12 November 2025. The company stated that it is actively seeking new business elements to broaden revenue sources and has appointed a new executive director with experience and connections in Mainland China to drive future development and explore innovative business segments.
