Sundy Service Co. Ltd. announced its interim results for the six months ended June 30, 2025. The Group reported revenue of RMB116.5 million, a slight decrease of 1.0% compared to RMB117.6 million for the same period in 2024. Revenue from the property management services segment increased to RMB93.8 million, accounting for 80.6% of total revenue, up from RMB92.2 million or 78.4% in the prior year period. Revenue from other businesses declined by 8.4%, mainly due to a reduction in consumption in the hotel industry and heightened competition. The Group's cost of sales for the period was RMB85.6 million, a decline of 10.6% from RMB95.7 million in the first half of 2024. This decrease was attributed to organizational changes aimed at improving cost efficiency and service quality, as well as increased implementation of technology-driven projects. Sundy Service Co. Ltd. continues to focus on technological innovation, actively implementing its "Internet+" and "Property+" integration strategy.
