In July, the company recorded sales revenue of approximately USD 5.2 million and a net profit of USD 0.41 million. In August, sales revenue reached about USD 4.7 million, with a net profit of USD 0.16 million. The improved performance is attributed to Sunrise's ongoing efforts to optimize cost control and enhance production efficiency. The company has gradually shifted from fully outsourced graphitization processing to increasing its proportion of in-house graphitization, resulting in lower production costs and improved profitability. Sunrise expects further cost reductions as in-house graphitization reaches 100% of its production. Additionally, Sunrise has commenced construction of a new 20,000-ton high-end graphite anode production line in Anlong County, Guizhou Province. The expansion is anticipated to significantly boost supply capacity and further strengthen the company's profitability in the coming years.
