FirstWave Cloud Technology (ASX:FCT) raised nearly AU$2.9 million through the issue of 285 million shares at AU$0.01 per share to technology investor Roger Allen, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.

The offer price represents a 37.5% discount to the company's closing price, the filing said.

The company will also issue one free attaching option for every three shares exercisable at AU$0.018, expiring within 18 months, the filing added.
