Laramide Resources (ASX:LAM) said shareholders have voted in favor of the election of all management nominees to the board of directors at its special shareholders meeting held on Thursday, according to a Friday Australian bourse filing.

The shareholder also voted in favor of the appointment of RSM Canada as auditors of the company for the ensuing year and authorization of the directors to fix their remuneration.

Shareholders have voted in favor of the continuation of the company's shareholder rights plan.

The five nominees proposed by management and elected by shareholders are John Booth, Marc Henderson, Jacqueline Allison, Raffi Babikian, and John Mays.
