Audio Pixels Holdings (ASX:AKP) said that the first completed wafer from its independent MEMS fabrication development program achieved critical electromechanical specifications and tolerances have been achieved with precision, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.

The results confirm that the company is making tangible progress toward commercializing its Digital Sound Reconstruction (DSR) technology, the filing said.

The company's fabrication partner is reallocating resources and adjusting schedules to accelerate production of subsequent wafers, the filing added.
