**Splash Beverage Group Secures $2 Million in New Financing Agreement** Splash Beverage Group Inc. has announced the completion of a new financing arrangement with two institutional investors. Under the Securities Purchase Agreement signed on September 19, 2025, the company received $2 million in funding on September 22, 2025. In return, Splash Beverage Group issued secured convertible promissory notes totaling $2.2 million in principal, which are convertible into common stock at the lower of $1.75 per share or $0.01 above the closing sale price on the conversion date. The notes, which mature on September 22, 2026, do not bear interest unless an event of default occurs. The company can prepay the notes at any time without penalty.
