Central New Energy Holding Group Ltd. reported revenue of approximately HK$4,048.9 million for the six months ended 30 June 2025, an increase of 59.9% compared to HK$2,531.9 million for the same period in 2024. The growth was mainly attributed to the new energy and EPC segment, which recorded revenue of HK$3,310.6 million, up from HK$1,681.4 million in the previous period, driven by higher sales volumes of PV components and high efficiency N-type batteries. Revenue from the health and wellness segment also increased to HK$691.8 million, compared to HK$399.7 million in the previous period. Revenue from the green building and construction related business segment declined to HK$42.8 million from HK$409.2 million, representing 1.06% of the Group's total revenue, a decrease consistent with the Group's strategic focus on the new energy and EPC segment. Revenue from the smart energy management services segment was HK$3.63 million, compared to HK$36.5 million in the previous period. During the reporting period, the Group achieved full capacity of its 3GW PV component and 6GW PV battery production facilities. The Group expects the construction of a new project to be completed in the second quarter of 2026 and to commence production by the end of 2026.
