Chenqi Technology Ltd. reported total revenue of RMB 1.68 billion for the six months ended June 30, 2025, up from RMB 1.04 billion for the same period in 2024. The company's mobility services segment contributed RMB 1.64 billion, accounting for 97.6% of total revenue, compared to RMB 879.06 million, or 84.8% of total revenue, in the prior year period. Ride-hailing services within the mobility segment generated RMB 1.64 billion, compared to RMB 878.51 million in the previous year. Revenue from technology services increased to RMB 26.83 million, compared to RMB 8.74 million for the prior year period. Fleet sale and maintenance revenue decreased significantly to RMB 13.28 million, from RMB 149.25 million last year. The board of directors did not recommend the payment of an interim dividend for the reporting period. The company stated there had been no material subsequent events since the end of the reporting period. Chenqi Technology also confirmed there had been no changes in the intended use of net proceeds or the expected implementation timeline for previously disclosed plans.
