Prosper Construction Holdings Ltd. reported its unaudited consolidated results for the six months ended 30 June 2025. The company recorded revenue of HK$894.7 million, up from HK$841.3 million in the corresponding period in 2024. Gross profit for the period was HK$53.4 million, compared to HK$35.4 million in the previous year. The group reported a net loss before income tax of HK$57.5 million, versus a net loss of HK$62.4 million in the first half of 2024. Finance costs for the period increased to HK$44.7 million from HK$41.9 million in the prior year. The company noted that government economic stabilisation measures and policy optimisations in the real estate sector, announced in the latter part of last year, are expected to help stabilise the real estate market and improve market predictability. In the first half of 2025, the domestic real estate market showed signs of improvement, which may impact the group's operations going forward.
