The Group recognized a total saleable gross floor area of approximately 5,600 square meters during the period, with an average recognized selling price of HK$87,982.1 per square meter. Sales from parking spaces contributed an additional HK$0.7 million, with 7 parking spaces sold. In Shenzhen, the Shenzhen Upper Residence project recorded sales of 4,745 square meters with recognized revenue of HK$187.3 million and an average selling price of HK$39,473.1 per square meter. The Hong Kong 128 WATERLOO residential project achieved recognized sales of 855 square meters, generating revenue of HK$305.4 million with an average selling price of HK$357,193 per square meter. The Group continues to focus on the Hong Kong market while actively seeking overseas investment opportunities, highlighting confidence in Hong Kong's role within the Greater Bay Area and the development potential of its northern metropolitan area. Top Spring is also expanding its industrial service regime, introducing leading enterprises and nurturing innovative businesses within its "Top Spring Space" incubator and Enterprise Service Center.
