NioCorp Developments (NB) said Friday it has priced a public offering of about 9.8 million common shares at $6.15 each for expected gross proceeds of about $60 million.

Net proceeds will be used for working capital and general corporate purposes, the company said, adding that deal closure is anticipated around Sept. 29.
