Town Health International Medical Group Ltd. reported an unaudited profit of HK$35.6 million for the six months ended 30 June 2025, compared to a loss of HK$28.5 million for the same period in 2024. Profit attributable to owners of the company was HK$12.7 million, reversing a loss of HK$47.7 million recorded in the previous year. The company did not declare an interim dividend for the period (2024: Nil). Gross profit for the period decreased to HK$209.1 million from HK$249.6 million in the prior year, which the company attributed to overall adverse economic conditions. The group operates across five core areas, including medical services and managed medical networks in Hong Kong, hospital management and health management in Mainland China, as well as aesthetic medical and beauty and wellness services in both regions. No dividend was declared for the six-month period. The company noted challenging macroeconomic and geopolitical conditions affecting its operations during the first half of 2025.
