Cre8 Enterprise Limited has announced its role as the sole financial printing service provider for Zijin Gold International Company Limited's initial public offering $(IPO)$ on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The company is providing documentation management services, including typesetting, translation, graphic design, printing, and distribution of the prospectus and related documents. Cre8 is also assisting with regulatory filings to the China Securities Regulatory Commission. Zijin Gold, a subsidiary of Zijin Mining Group, is seeking to raise approximately US$3.2 billion through the IPO, which is reported to be the second largest globally in 2025. Trading of the shares is expected to begin on September 30, 2025.
