Bamboos Health Care (HKG:2293) reported a 43% drop in attributable profit for the fiscal year ended June 30 to HK$17.5 million from HK$30.9 million a year earlier, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing Friday.
Shares of the company fell 5% in late morning trade on Monday.
Earnings per share shrank to HK$0.0437 from HK$0.0773 in the prior year.
The healthcare staffing company's revenue decreased nearly 22% year-on-year to HK$74.4 million, figures showed.
The company proposed a dividend of HK$0.015, payable Dec. 18 to shareholders of record on Dec. 5.
