OSL Group Ltd. has announced that it will hold an extraordinary general meeting on 22 October 2025 at Lee Garden One, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong. At the meeting, shareholders will consider and vote on approving, confirming, and ratifying the Proposed Acquisition, the Arrangement Agreement, and the transactions contemplated under these agreements. Additionally, the meeting will seek authorization for any one director to sign, execute, deliver, or authorize all necessary documents and take related actions deemed necessary to implement or give effect to the Proposed Acquisition and related transactions.
