Virtual Mind Holding Company Limited has announced it has entered into a memorandum of cooperation with the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources of Saudi Arabia to support the intelligent upgrading of Saudi Arabia's industry. The partnership aims to develop training and publicity programs for industrial digital transformation and propose solutions to industrial challenges in Saudi Arabia using advanced technologies. In addition, Virtual Mind Holding has signed a cooperation framework agreement with iFlytek to provide AI and robotics ecosystem construction for the Saudi Smart Manufacturing Project, including the establishment of a smart robot training ground and pilot center, and the development of an artificial intelligence industry platform. The agreements are currently non-binding, and formal documentation has yet to be executed. Negotiations are ongoing, and the company cautions investors that the cooperation may or may not materialize.
