Xin Point Holdings Ltd. reported a decline in revenue for the first half of 2025, with total revenue falling to RMB1,557.2 million, representing a 5.4% decrease from RMB1,646.4 million in the same period of 2024. The group cited decreased sales across its three major markets, with revenue from China dropping 8.3% to RMB526.2 million and revenue from Europe decreasing by 22.1%, or RMB43.8 million, compared to the prior year. The North America region recorded a slight decrease, while the assembly programme with a tier-one supplier in Japan continued to contribute positive revenue growth. Gross profit for the period was RMB486.0 million, down from RMB614.8 million in the first half of 2024, with the gross profit margin declining from 37.3% to 31.2%. The decrease was attributed to lower revenue, under-utilisation of expanded production capacity, increased factory overheads, higher staff costs, and one-off burdens related to external changes and tariff impacts affecting the global automobile industry. The company noted continued growth in average selling prices, driven by a shift in product mix toward more complex surface treatment processes. Xin Point continued to focus on cost control and automation initiatives amid ongoing market challenges.
