Duiba Group Ltd. reported its unaudited financial results for the six months ended 30 June 2025. Revenue for the period was RMB 349.6 million, representing a decrease of approximately 23.7% compared to RMB 458.3 million in the same period of 2024. The company recorded a net loss of RMB 24.5 million for the first half of 2025, compared to a net loss of RMB 17.6 million in the prior-year period. Duiba's advertising business recorded a slight decline in revenue and gross profit during the reporting period. The company's user management SaaS platform business had 487 paying customers as of 30 June 2025, down from 531 in the first half of 2024, including 128 customers from the financial industry compared to 170 a year earlier. Looking to the second half of 2025, Duiba stated that overall growth in the internet advertising industry is expected to be very limited. The group indicated it will focus on reducing costs, improving internal efficiency, and expanding its business capabilities, with an aim to increase revenue from businesses other than internet advertising. The board did not recommend the declaration of any interim dividend for the period.
