BHCC Holding Ltd. reported its unaudited interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2025. Revenue for the period was S$91.0 million, down from S$100.9 million in the corresponding period of 2024. Gross profit increased to S$8.1 million from S$6.1 million a year earlier. Profit before taxation was S$6.6 million, compared to S$5.4 million in the previous period. Net profit for the period was S$5.3 million, up from S$5.0 million in the same period last year. During the period, the Group continued its principal activities in building and construction works, property investment, and property development. Since March 2024, the Group has expanded its property development business, following the acquisition of a 45% equity interest in Tai Seng Food Point Development Pte. Ltd. After the reporting period, on 15 August 2025, the Group established a new subsidiary focused on real estate development. Additionally, on 19 August 2025, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, BHCC Development (Project 2) Pte Ltd., together with joint tenderers, submitted a tender to the Jurong Town.
