China Ecotourism (HKG:1371) said its winding-up petition hearing has been pushed to Dec. 1, following a joint application by consent summons, according to a Sept. 26 Hong Kong bourse filing.
Shares of the lottery system provider jumped nearly 7% in Monday morning trade.
The company had been slapped with a winding-up petition by the Hong Kong branch of a creditor bank in March over an alleged outstanding debt of roughly HK$78.5 million.
At an adjourned creditors' meeting, China Ecotourism's restructuring scheme won approval from the requisite statutory majorities, with over 50% in number and at least 75% in value of voting claims in favor.
It will now seek Hong Kong High Court sanction of the scheme, with a hearing scheduled for Oct. 15.
