DeSoto Resources (ASX:DES) said it identified two new zones of soil anomalism at the Tole gold project in Guinea, according to a Tuesday Australian bourse filing.
Soil assay results from across the Tole project included 8.08 grams per tonne grade of gold as well as 1.18 g/t grade of gold. Soil sample assay results from across the Dadjan project included 3.40 g/t grade of gold, while rock chip assay results from across the project included 9.26 g/t grade of gold.
The firm's shares fell almost 3% in recent trading on Tuesday.
