Air New Zealand (ASX:AIZ,NZE:AIR) group capacity fell 0.9% year on year in July, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian and New Zealand bourses.
Short-haul unit passenger revenue per available seat kilometers (RASKs) rose 1%, while long-haul RASKs were flat 0.4% year on year.
The airline carried 1.2 million passengers in the fiscal year ended July, down 1.6% on the year-earlier period, per the filing.
The passenger load factor fell to 84.3%, from 84.5% a year earlier.
