Western Yilgarn (ASX:WYX) received binding commitments to raise AU$698,000 through the issue of 17.5 million new shares at AU$0.04 apiece, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.
Participants will also receive one free attaching option expiring on May 6, 2028, for every two new shares subscribed for at AU$0.10, the filing said.
Proceeds will be used for exploration and metallurgical test work at the Julimar West project, Cardea projects, and the Norcia project, and for general working capital, according to the filing.
