Ayala (PSE:AC) mobility arm, ACMobility, will transfer all nine Honda dealership operations to new dealer principals starting Jan. 1, 2026, in coordination with Honda Cars Philippines.

The move ends a 35-year alliance that began with Honda Cars Makati in 1990, , according to a Thursday Philippines Exchange filing.

The transition covers dealerships in Philippines' Makati, Pasig, Shaw, Bacoor, Cebu, Mandaue, Iloilo, Negros, and Cagayan de Oro, the conglomerate said.

ACMobility said the shift supports its transformation strategy.
