Stellantis Exploring Sale of Car-Sharing Business Free2move, Bloomberg Says, Citing Sources

--Stellantis is considering a sale of its car-sharing business Free2move as Chief Executive Antonio Filosa looks to turn around the ailing automaker, Bloomberg reports, citing people familiar with the situation.

--The automaker has reached out to potential buyers, but there's no certainty a deal will happen, the sources said, according to Bloomberg.

--A review of the group's portfolio assets and industrial footprint is underway and it aims to present a new business plan to investors in the first quarter of 2026, Bloomberg said, citing the people.

--A representative for Stellantis declined to comment to Bloomberg.
