A US Army battlefield communications system being developed by tech firms Palantir (PLTR) and Anduril

has been labeled a "very high risk" due to serious security vulnerabilities, Reuters reported Friday, citing an internal Army memo.

Palantir shares dropped 8.5% as intraday trading volume climbed to more than 70.9 million from a daily average of roughly 65.1 million.

Certain Tesla (TSLA) shareholders on Thursday called on the electric vehicle maker's investors to vote against Chief Executive Elon Musk's proposed $1 trillion pay package at next month's meeting, citing the company's declining performance, among other things.

Shares slid 3.7% with intraday trading volume at over 95.1 million versus the stock's daily average of about 89.6 million.

Jayud Global Logistics (JYD) said Friday its board approved a 1-for-50 reverse stock split and an increase to authorized share capital. Class A ordinary shares will begin trading on an adjusted basis on Oct. 13.

Shares sank 12% as intraday trading volume rose to over 7.23 million from a daily average of roughly 2.14 million.
