Core & Main (CNM) said Tuesday it has closed its acquisition of substantially all of the assets of Canada Waterworks and Canada Waterworks Ottawa, a distributor of water, wastewater and storm drainage products.

Core & Main shares were down 0.8% in after-hours activity.
