International Flavors & Fragrances (IFF) said late Wednesday it has achieved ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification, a global standard for information security management systems, following a third-party audit by cybersecurity firm A-LIGN.
The company said the certification covers its business units and core functions including legal, commercial, finance, procurement and human resources, reinforcing data protection and regulatory compliance in sectors such as food, beverage, personal care and pharmaceuticals.
IFF shares closed down 0.9% in Wednesday's regular trading session, with 2 million shares traded versus a 2.1 million average. In after-hours trading, the stock rose 2%.
