Priority Technology Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: PRTH) has announced the successful closing of its acquisition of certain assets of DMSJV, LLC, also known as Dealer Merchant Services $(DMS)$. The acquired assets include revenue agreements and customer relationships in the auto and truck dealership sector. As part of the transaction, DMS leadership members Amberly Allen and Laura Sherman will join Priority. Priority expects the DMS acquisition to deliver approximately $3 million in incremental revenue and just over $1 million in incremental adjusted EBITDA in the fourth quarter of 2025. The company also provided an update on its recent Boom Commerce acquisition, noting that approximately $2.5 million of the originally expected 2025 revenue impact will be recognized as a reduction in cost of sales, with no change to the anticipated adjusted EBITDA impact of $6 million in 2025.
