1100 ET - Rivian's 3Q deliveries topped Baird's models, but production fell short of the firm's estimates, analysts say in a research note. They add the recent quarter was affected by factory downtime associated with the launch of a new vehicle model, set to debut next year. The electric-vehicle startup also narrowed and lowered its full-year guidance for deliveries. The report doesn't move the needle for the company, whose catalysts for growth lie in the upcoming R2 launch and an in-house developed autonomy strategy, the analysts say. (connor.hart@wsj.com)
