Chrome Holding Co. has announced that, as of the Effective Date of its restructuring plan, the existing boards of directors and managers for all Chrome Debtors have been dissolved. The Plan Administrator has assumed the sole role of officer, director, and manager for each of the Chrome Debtors, overseeing their remaining affairs. The Plan Administrator is now responsible for winding down operations, filing for dissolution in relevant states, and managing final tax obligations. Under the terms of the plan, the company's assets will be distributed free and clear of prior claims and interests, and all parties are barred from asserting claims against assets not explicitly allotted to them in the plan.
