Serko (ASX:SKO, NZE:SKO) has completed the sale of its US-based InterplX expense management assets to CerebriAI on Tuesday, as part of its strategy to streamline operations and focus on core growth priorities, according to a Thursday filing with the New Zealand bourse.

The deal involves the company receiving royalties from InterplX customer revenues rather than continuing to operate the product directly, per the filing.

The sale will incur a non-cash accounting loss of around NZ$2 million from goodwill write-down but is expected to boost ongoing earnings, the filing said.

The company has reaffirmed its fiscal year 2026 financial guidance, projecting total income of NZ$115 million to NZ$123 million and total spend of NZ$127 million to NZ$133 million, with risks including macroeconomic, geopolitical, and currency fluctuations, the filing added.
